Wimmer Cemetery:  Bare Bones Down to the Stones

This publication lists the burial markers of over one hundred people who lived and worked in the area of Auburn, Sangamon County, Illinois from 1819 to 1934. It provides such information as: date of burial, name of deceased, relationship of deceased to others buried in the cemetery, epitaphs, inscriptions and markings on the stones as well as condition, shape and materials from which the stones were made. The book is divided into three sections: the inventory, a description of each stone and a listing of people known to have been buried in the cemetery for which there are no markers (our “Stoneless People”).  Order your copy today!

Book Price:  $12.00
